Deci-Micron Length Gauge

Centi-Micron Length Gauge

Nanometer Length Gauge

Applications:
    Super Length Gauge represents a new generation of highly precise digital measuring instrument. It integrates techniques of optics, mechanics, electronics and computer science. Super Length Gauge consists of three different types: Deci-Micron Length Gauge, Centi-Micron Length Gauge and Nanometer Length Gauge. They are applied in the precise measurement of length and displacements; or the measurement of press, hardness, weight, level, stress and strain provided corresponding converters.

Components:
    A Super Length Cauge comprises a Photo-electric sensor and a digital display unit(refer to "DC Digital Display Unit"and"AC Display Unit" brochures for details).

Advantages:
Fast measurements, high accuracy, large measurement range and high stability;
Digital display of measurement results to reduce human error;
Clear readings at any position, automatic conversion between metric/imperial systems, automatic readout, automatic
   recording, automatic update of maximum, minimum and peak-to-peak values;
RS-232 serial interface makes it possible to accomplish automatic measurement, on-line measurement, data requisition
   and automatic control along with computers;
Super Length Gauge can be used as the reference in precise positioning, calibration and control. It can be also
   applied in real-time closed-loop control of position.
Super Length Gauge can replace micrometer, torque spring comparators in manufacturing;
Super Length Gauge can be applied in the automatic selection of parts and quality control in bulk production.

Parameters

Products Types Display Resolution Maximum Error
